03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 2.6 oz sliced pepperoni
05 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano)

07 - 1 egg, beaten
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lightly flour a clean surface. Gently roll out the puff pastry sheet.
03 - Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, distribute pepperoni slices, then top with Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs.
04 - Starting from a long side, tightly roll the pastry into a log. Pinch the seam to seal, then cut into 16 equal rounds with a sharp knife.
05 - Position pinwheels cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
